Shibuya Hoppmann's FS Pharmaceutical scallop feeder is designed with a FDA/USDA approved heavy gauge ABS plastic disc and a Teflon hard-coat finished aluminum bowl. Parts are radially oriented and gently qualified in the scallop pockets by means of sweeps, wipers, and pneumatic and/or electric devices depending on specific product characteristics. Oriented parts are discharged and carried away by various downstream in-line devices.

Shibuya Hoppmann’s standard Food Grade Rigid Disc Centrifugal feeder is designed to feed a variety of products in a food-grade environment with its unique bowl design. These feeders meet the stringent FDA standards required for food product handling. Product is metered into the bowl and brought out to the bowl rim where a series of qualifiers gently orient the part for transfer to various downstream inline devices.
