FT Series Hoppmann Feeders

Shibuya Hoppmann’s standard FT Rigid Disc Centrifugal Feeder is designed to feed a variety of products (small, medium, large, etc.) with its unique bowl design. Product is metered into the bowl and brought out to the bowl rim where a series of qualifiers gently orient the part for transfer to various downstream inline devices.

The FT-10-RD, FT-15-RD, FT-20-RD and FT-30-RD are ideally suited for smaller sized parts needing a high degree of precision, and have delivery rate that vary from moderate to high speeds depending on part characteristics.

The FT-30-RD, FT-40-RD, FT-50-RD and FT-60-RD offer solid delivery rates for medium to large parts and are engineered to interface with prefeeders, accumulation conveyor, and other equipment.
